Cover for phonebook

Initially I had considered having just a very plain cover with just type or a pictogram of a phone, but it didn't make sense and didn't fit in with the range. So instead I'm using the same visual that is used for the desk resource, instead of having anything saying about finger spelling though it just has phone and address book written on it. This way it becomes more of a branded piece of stationery rather than the finger spelling being the sole purpose of the book, which is actually what it is.

I've decided to use the bottom image, it gives the diagrams more breathing space and is less claustrophobic.
